How can I place an order?
Ordering from avellirax is straightforward:
- Select the product you would like and add it to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout and enter your contact information and shipping details.
- Choose from the payment methods available at checkout.
- Apply any valid discount code before completing payment.
- Review your items, contact details, and shipping address, then complete your purchase.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After completing your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout. If it does not appear in your inbox, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, contact service@avellirax.com.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Please email service@avellirax.com as soon as possible if you need to update your order information. Changes can only be requested before the order enters processing. Once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment, changes may no longer be possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests may be submitted before your order enters processing. Once fulfillment or shipping preparation has begun, cancellation may no longer be available. To request a cancellation, contact service@avellirax.com as soon as possible.
How do I manage items in my shopping cart?
Add items: Select your preferred product and add it to your cart.
Review items: Open your cart to check your selections.
Update quantities: Adjust the quantities before completing your purchase.
